Marketing
Your property will be advertised across several key platforms including Airbnb and VRBO which are the market leaders. If your location qualifies, we will also advertise on booking.com and other location specific platforms. Our response time to inquiries is extremely fast to ensure high conversion to bookings.
Operations
We provide professional cleaning and laundry services for your property to ensure it is in pristine condition for each and every guest. We also keep the property supplied with essential consumables (shampoo, soap, paper products, etc.). Handyman services for occasional repairs are also available.
Pricing
Our goal is to grow your revenue to the maximum sustainable level. Pricing for our services ranges from 17.5% to 20% of the monthly gross revenue.
