Welcome to the Tiny Townhouse in Oakland!  We are honored you have chosen our home for your visit to. We have assembled this guide to help you make the most of the house and the surrounding area.

Check in time is ANY TIME AFTER 3:00 PM unless other arrangements have been made.

Check out time is 11:00 AM

Parking
We have 1 dedicated parking space behind the townhouse.  NO FULL SIZE SUVS OR PICK-UP TRUCKS.  The space is not large enough to accommodate these so if you have a larger vehicle you will need to park on the street. Here is a video on how to park.

Entry
We use keypad locks for all of the doors except the sliding glass door which has a key.  Here is a video on how to operate the the keypad locks to let yourself in. Your code is 2001

Internet
The Wi-Fi network is called Serenity6 and the password is gratitude. The wifi router is in the upstairs closet if you ever need to unplug it for a reboot.

Air Conditioning and Heating
The townhouse is equipped with a ductless mini-split system which provides heating and AC on each floor. Here is a video on how to operate them with the remote.

Blinds
The window blinds operate from the top or the bottom. Here is a video on how to work them. Also, the sliding glass doors have blinds built into the glass. Here is a video on how to operate those.

Round Window
The signature round window actually opens in a pivoting manner. Here is a video on how to operate it.

Trash Service
Excess garbage should be placed in the bins in the front yard. Green is for compost, Grey is for recycling and Brown is for trash.  Please make sure to separate correctly or the trash company might refuse to pick up the bins. Trash pick up is on Wednesday mornings so please put the bins out Tuesday night.

Grocery Stores / Markets
Below are full service markets that offer a wide range of food items including fresh fruit, vegetables, meats and prepared foods.  All are very close within 5 mins drive.

• Nob Hill Foods 2531 Blanding Ave, Alameda, CA 94501. Open 6am – 11pm
• Alameda Natural Grocery 1650 Park St, Alameda, CA 94501. Open 8am – 7pm
• FoodMaxx 3000 E 9th St, Oakland, CA 94606. Open 6am – midnight

Check Out

1. Check out is 11:00 AM  sharp unless other arrangements have been made.
2. Please put all trash into the bin.
3. Please turn thermostat to off.
4. Please turn all lights off.
