This guide will cover the essentials about the place and also cover some key info about the surrounding area.

Arrival, Parking and Check-in
Check in time is 4pm unless other arrangements have been made.
The full address is 2061 Beach Blvd. Pacifica, CA 94044. You are in Unit 3 which is on the second floor.
The first thing you will likely want to do is park. You will see three garage doors on the side of the building. You can use the garage on the far right closest to the beach. You can enter the garage through a door on the opposite side next to the stairs and open with the button inside.
After you are parked you can enter your unit (Unit 3). Code to apartment is 2063. We do not have keys just a keypad lock.

WiFi
We have very fast AT&T Fiber internet. The wifi is as follows:

Laundry
We have a laundry room is the door on the first floor marked “4”. The code to enter the laundry room is 2061. Laundry uses an app to pay so you don’t need coins.
TV
We have YouTube TV which is very similar to a cable or satellite service (local channels, CNN, sports, etc). Here is a video on how to operate the TV.
Trash and Recycling
If you need to take trash/recycling out of your unit you will find large bins in the rear of the building in garden. Very important: please make sure you properly separate trash and recycling. Trash pick up is early Wednesday morning so make sure your items go into the large bins Tuesday night.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking of cigarettes (or cannabis) is not permitted inside the property. Also, per the San Mateo County ordinance no smoking within 50 feet of the building.

Below are full service markets that offer a wide range of food items including fresh fruit, vegetables, meats and prepared foods. All are very close within 5 mins drive.

This locally owned grocery store is the best in Pacifica and is walkable from the unit (about 12 min walk) - Safeway 12 Manor Plz Pacifica, CA 94044. Open 5am – 12pm

This is collection of cafe’s and restaurants we find to be the best in the area:
- Chit Chat Cafe Pacifica Pier Pacifica, CA 94044. Open 6:30am – 7:30pm
Right out your front door this small ramshackle cafe has surprisingly good coffee and a nice collection of pastries and snacks. The chili and clam chowder are not bad at all! - Breakers Brunch and Lunch 145 Rockaway Beach Ave Pacifica, CA 94044. Open 7am – 3pm
The go-to place for breakfast in Pacifica. - Colombo’s Delicatessen 484 Manor Plaza Pacifica, Ca 94044. Open 9am – 6pm
The best sandwich shop in Pacifica. - Nick’s 145 Rockaway Beach Ave Pacifica, CA 94044. Open 11am – 9pm (10pm Saturday)
A timeless restaurant with round booths and great views of the ocean. Excellent Prime Rib and seafood.
Check-out is 11am and we normally cannot make exceptions since the cleaning company is on a tight schedule. If you have time to strip the beds and put the used towels in the bathroom tub that is appreciated by the cleaners.
