Welcome! We are honored you have chosen our vacation home for your visit to Sedona. We have assembled this guide to help you make the most of the house and the surrounding area.

House Entry – Front Door and Garage
We do not have keys as we only use code locks and garage codes.
Here is a video on how to park and also how to let yourself in via garage or front door. The code to both is 1969.
Internet
The Wi-Fi network is called Serenity412 and the password is gratitude. The router is located to the left of the fireplace if you ever need to reboot it or plug into ethernet directly.
TV
We have internet enabled TV via a Roku box for your enjoyment. The Roku box enables you to watch DirecTV Now, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, HBO Go and much more. Here is a video on how to operate the TV and the Roku
Hot Tub
A few key rules:
- Please shower before entering. Lotion, sunscreen, make-up, etc will make the water unsightly and unclean feeling
- Please make sure if you use it after 9pm that you are very quiet – no music or loud voices
- Make sure to keep cover on hot tub when not in use
- Please note our Hot Tub service guy may come to change the chemicals during your stay during the morning or day – his name is Ken very friendly but he is not on a set schedule.
If you need to reset the hot tub for any reason just switch it off and back on using this switch on the side of the house. Here is video on how to locate it.
Fireplace
We have a nice gas fireplace for your use. Here is a video on how to light and operate it.
Air Conditioning and Heating
The house has a central A/C and heating system. The control for this is a white thermostat located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. Move the switch to HEAT or COOL and then set the desired temperature. The large temperature display on left of screen is the current temperature. The smaller temperature on right is the desired temperature.
Pool
The pool is open year round but is only heated when overnight temperatures are 55F or higher. The should be in the garage next to the pedestrian door. Here is a map showing location to the pool:
BBQ
BBQ is located on the patio. Here is a video on how to operate. Barbecue is Natural Gas so no need to change out fuel tanks.
Trash Service
Excess garbage should be placed in the large black bin which is located in the small alcove just to the right of the front door. Trash is behind this blue door:
Bin is picked up early Monday AM. You do not need to take trash out to the curb we pay the trash service to take away the bins and put back.
Pool
The pool is heated roughly from March to October depending on the weather. The hot tub is open year round. To access the pool and hot tub area you’ll need a special key which you can find hanging in the garage right next to the door into the house. Please make sure you return the key! The HOA charges us $100 for lost ones. Please use the blue beach towels for the pool area instead of the white towels.

Below are full service markets that offer a wide range of food items including fresh fruit, vegetables, meats and prepared foods. All are very close within 5 mins drive.

Mail and Packages
You may see some packages delivered to the house during your stay. These are supplies for the house that we have delivered peridocially. Please set inside garage near house entry door.
You are welcome to have packages delivered to the house as long as you make sure they arriving during your stay. We cannot guarantee safe keeping if they are delivered outside your reservation window. You also have the option of having a package delivered to UPS store for pickup.
Check Out
- Check out is 10:00 AM sharp unless other arrangements have been made.
- If you used the BBQ please burn off anything you left behind on the grill surface and scrub with the wire brush so it’s in good shape for the next guest.
- Please put all trash into the bin in the garage.
- Please turn thermostat to off.
- Please turn all lights off.
- Cleaner’s very much appreciate it if you have time to strip the beds and just leave the sheets and pillowcases in a pile.
- If it’s easy and convenient for you, cleaners sure appreciate it if you start a load of towels. But just a suggestion.
